  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:
  • Customized, made-to-order, or personalized products
  • Perishable items such as flowers, food, or similar goods
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Sale/clearance items marked as “non-returnable”

3. Return Process

  • Our support team will guide you on packaging and courier pick-up/drop-off.
  • Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected before processing a refund or replacement.

4. Refund/Replacement
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Alternatively, you may choose a replacement or store credit (if applicable).

5. Shipping Costs for Returns
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • In such cases, Tykah.co.in will bear the return shipping expenses.
